Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an approval or denial notification.
